Summerlin
Neighborhoods
The Summerlin master
planned community is divided up into several sections, each with its
own community centers and various neighborhood villages and parks.
Below is a brief overview of the different neighborhoods in each
main area of Summerlin. Construction started in 1990 and is still
ongoing.
Summerlin North

The Hills - At the
far north end of Summerlin is The Hills, Summerlin's first
village, with approximately 400 acres and mature winding tree
lined streets.

Sun City Summerlin -
Sun City Summerlin was the first Sun City to be built in Las
Vegas.
